Member of the Bar Association of Barcelona since 1983, with accredited number 12864. Member of the Union des Avocats Européens. Honorary member of the Association of Fellows and Legal Scholars of the Center for International Legal Studies of Salzburg. He is a member on the Board of Directors of various companies. He regularly contributes articles of a commercial and tax nature to various international publications. He previously served at Peat Marwick (now KPMG). He has more than 30 years of professional experience, and specializes in Commercial Law, Tax Law, International Law and provides expert business advice.
