José participates in a wide range of labour counselling matters for both companies and employees, representing companies and workers at legal proceedings such as labour settlements, reconciliation before courts with jurisdiction on labour matters, drafting EREs collective dismissals, collective agreements, optimization of Human Resources and specializes in the negotiation and resolution of labour conflicts.
