President. Lawyer and Economist. He studied Law and Economics at the University of Barcelona. Studied European Union Corporate and Tax Legislation at the University of Strasbourg. Also European Union and International Tax Systems at the College of Europe in Bruges. Member of the Bar Association of Barcelona, he has also been member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants and of the International Bar Association (IBA). He has been a member on the Board of Directors of several companies. He was a Partner at Arthur Andersen and then at Peat Marwick (now KPMG) in Barcelona. In 1986 he was a founding Partner of Martí & Associats. He has a long professional experience encompassing more than 35 years, and specializes in international investments, taxation, business law and financial advice.
