Singapore Airlines celebrated on June 3rd the 20th anniversary of the launch of its route between Barcelona and Singapore. This connection has become one of the main long-haul links between Spain and the Asia-Pacific region. The commemoration brought together institutional representatives, company executives, and professionals from the tourism and business sectors.

The route was inaugurated on July 19th, 2006. Since early 2007, Martí&Associats has been the company’s legal partner.

The event was held at the Torre Melina Gran Meliá hotel and featured the notable presence of Mr. Kevin Lee (CEO of Singapore Airlines for Spain and Portugal), Mr. Vinnod Kannan (Senior Vice President of the airline), as well as the Hon. Jaume Duch (Minister for the European Union and External Action of the Generalitat). Representing Martí&Associats were partners Miquel Martí and Joan Ramón Miquel.
